Product Description

The standard joint three-neck flask is one of the most versatile reaction vessels in standard joint glassware. Featuring three standard ground glass joints, it allows simultaneous connection of multiple accessories for complex experimental setups. The center neck is typically used for stirrers or condensers, while the side necks accommodate thermometers, addition funnels, or gas inlet tubes. The round-bottom design ensures uniform heating with heating mantles or oil baths.

Key Features

  • Three-Neck Design: One center neck + two side necks for multiple accessories
  • Borosilicate Glass 3.3: ISO 3585 compliant, thermal shock 280°C
  • Standard Joints: 1:10 taper, precision ground for reliable sealing
  • Multiple Combinations: Various joint size combinations available
  • Angled or Vertical: Side necks available in angled or straight design
  • High Transparency: Easy observation of reactions

Quality Assurance

Every flask undergoes strict dimensional inspection, joint taper testing, and thermal resistance testing to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Note: Ensure all joints are clean and dry before assembly. Use heating mantles for uniform heating. Check all connections for proper sealing.

Operation & Maintenance

User Guide

03

Preparation

  • Inspect all joints for cracks, chips, or scratches
  • Clean all joint surfaces, ensure no residue
  • Prepare accessories and verify joint size compatibility
04

Assembly

  • Install center neck accessories first (stirrer or condenser)
  • Install side neck accessories sequentially with gentle twisting
  • Check all connections for proper sealing after assembly
05

Heating

  • Use heating mantles for uniform heating
  • Fill no more than 2/3 capacity
  • Always heat gradually, avoid sudden temperature changes
06

Disassembly & Cleaning

  • Remove side neck accessories first, then center neck
  • Clean accessories separately to avoid cross-contamination
  • Air dry after washing, store with soft paper between joints
