Product Description
The graduated pipette is one of the most versatile liquid transfer
instruments in the laboratory, featuring continuous graduations
from zero to the tip for measuring variable volumes. Manufactured
from high-quality borosilicate glass 3.3 with clear, accurate markings.
Compliant with ISO 648 standards. Supports both full-outflow and
blow-out operation methods to meet varying accuracy requirements.
Two Series · Flexible Selection
RichTech offers Single-Mark Pipettes and
Graduated Pipettes:
1. Single-Mark Pipettes
- Single ring graduation mark for fixed volume measurement.
- Highest accuracy class, ideal for standard solution preparation and precision analysis.
- ISO 648 compliant, Class A accuracy.
2. Graduated Pipettes
- Graduations from zero to tip for variable volume measurement.
- Supports both full-outflow and blow-out operation methods.
- Flexible liquid measurement and transfer.
Two Operation Methods
- Full Outflow (Vollausguß): Liquid drains freely to the
tip, with the final drop remaining in the tip. Suitable for routine
pipetting with higher precision.
- Blow-Out (Ausblasen): After the liquid drains,
the final drop in the tip is blown out using a pipette filler.
Suitable for complete transfer in micro-operations or when handling
viscous liquids.
Design Features
- Scale to Tip: Graduations extend from zero to
the tip for measuring any volume within the range — maximum flexibility.
- Clear Graduations: White or blue markings for accurate meniscus reading.
- High Transparency: Pure, clear glass for easy observation.
- Uniform Wall Thickness: Even thickness for strength and durability.
Material Advantage
Manufactured from Borosilicate Glass 3.3 in accordance with ISO 3585 standards.
The ultra-low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.3×10⁻⁶/K) ensures resistance
to thermal shock up to 280°C.
Quality Assurance
Every piece undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection, accuracy verification,
and visual inspection to meet ISO 648 standards.
Note: Graduated pipettes feature continuous graduations
from zero to the tip. Confirm the required volume range before use.
Choose full-outflow or blow-out method based on your accuracy requirements
and handling preferences.
