Product Description
I. Overview
The plastic reagent bottle (wide mouth) is the primary container for solid reagent storage in the laboratory. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through precision blow molding, offering excellent chemical resistance, lightweight shatterproof construction, and reliable sealing performance.
The wide mouth design is the key difference from narrow mouth bottles, with neck diameters from 14mm to 53mm (depending on capacity), facilitating powder dispensing, sampling, and weighing. Particularly suitable for solid reagents, powder samples, and granular materials. Equipped with a leak-proof sealing cap to ensure sample safety during storage and transport.
Available in a complete range from 8ml micro to 1000ml large sizes, ideal for routine storage of solid powders, crystals, granular samples and some liquid reagents — the preferred choice for solid sample management in the laboratory.
🔬 Wide vs Narrow Mouth:
Wide Mouth Bottle — Larger neck diameter, facilitates powder dispensing, spatula sampling and weighing — ideal for solid reagents and powder samples.
Narrow Mouth Bottle — Smaller neck diameter, facilitates liquid pouring and dispensing — ideal for liquid reagents. Same HDPE material — choose based on material form.
