Product Description

I. Overview

The plastic transfer pipette is a convenient and rapid tool for liquid transfer in the laboratory. Manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) through precision blow molding, featuring an integrated dropper design — no additional tips required, ready to use.

Available in 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml sizes. The body is flexible and durable, returning to shape quickly after squeezing for precise drop control. Suitable for cell culture, liquid transfer, sample dispensing, and many other laboratory applications.

Available in individually wrapped or bag packaging. Sterile products are ethylene oxide (EO) sterilized, pyrogen-free and non-cytotoxic.

🔬 Product Advantages:
Integrated Design — No tips required — directly ready to use, reducing costs
Flexible Material — Quick return to shape for precise drop control
Ready to Use — Individually wrapped or bagged for convenience
Sterility Assured — EO sterilized, sterile pyrogen-free

II. Core Performance Parameters

  • Material: Low-density polyethylene (LDPE)
  • Process: Precision blow molding
  • Spec Range: 1ml ~ 10ml
  • Packaging: Individually wrapped / Bag
  • Sterilization: Ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization (sterile version)
  • Temperature Range: -20℃ ~ 80℃
  • Quality: Pyrogen-free, non-cytotoxic
  • Drop Volume: Approx. 20-40μl per drop (varies by size)

III. Material & Workmanship

Manufactured from medical-grade low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resin through precision blow molding. The body is flexible and durable, returning to shape quickly after squeezing for consistent drop delivery. The integrated design requires no tips — ready to use, reducing consumable costs.

Every batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure consistent quality.

Selection Guide

I. By Capacity

Pipetting RangeRecommended SizeTypical Application
0.1~1ml1mlMicro liquid transfer, reagent addition
0.5~2ml2mlRoutine liquid transfer, sample dispensing
1~3ml3mlMedium volume liquid transfer
2~5ml5mlLarge volume transfer, media dispensing
5~10ml10mlBulk liquid transfer

II. By Packaging

  • Individually Wrapped: Suitable for sterile applications, convenient single-use
  • Bag: Cost-effective, suitable for bulk routine operations

💡 Selection Tip: 2ml transfer pipette is the most commonly used size.
For sterile applications, choose individually wrapped sterile pipettes.
For large volume transfer (>5ml), choose 5ml or 10ml sizes.

Operation & Maintenance

User Guide

Below are standard operating guidelines for plastic transfer pipettes. Proper use ensures pipetting accuracy and experimental reliability.

03

I. Pre-use Preparation

  • Inspect packaging integrity and pipette condition
  • Confirm pipette size matches the required volume
  • For sterile pipettes, verify sterilization expiry date
  • Avoid touching the tip during removal from packaging
04

II. Pipetting Operation

  1. Squeeze the bulb to expel air
  2. Immerse the tip below the liquid surface
  3. Slowly release the bulb to aspirate liquid
  4. Move the pipette to the target container
  5. Squeeze the bulb to dispense the liquid
  6. Discard the used pipette in a waste container
05

III. Disposal

  • Dispose of used pipettes in waste containers
  • Pipettes used with biohazardous samples should be disposed according to biosafety regulations
  • Pipettes used with chemical hazards should be disposed according to chemical waste regulations

💡 From a Seasoned Lab Technician: "Single-use only — avoid cross-contamination" — Transfer pipettes are single-use consumables — do not reuse.
"Squeeze gently" — Excessive force causes splashing and affects pipetting accuracy.
"Follow sterile technique" — When using sterile pipettes, maintain aseptic technique and avoid touching the tip to non-sterile surfaces.
