Product Description
I. Overview
The plastic sample vial is an essential consumable for sample storage and instrumental injection in the laboratory. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) through precision injection molding, offering excellent chemical stability and dimensional consistency.
Available with screw caps and crimp caps, equipped with PTFE/PE composite liners for reliable sealing and chemical inertness. The vial body is highly transparent for easy viewing of contents and features clear graduations.
Capacities range from 2ml to 100ml, compatible with most HPLC/GC autosamplers. Suitable for chromatography injection, standard storage, environmental water sampling, food testing, and many other laboratory applications.
🔬 Sealing Method & Liner Selection:
Screw Cap — Reusable sealing, easy to operate. Ideal for samples requiring multiple accesses.
Crimp Cap — Single-use sealing, better seal integrity. Ideal for long-term storage and transport.
PTFE/PE Liner — PTFE layer contacts the sample for chemical inertness; PE layer provides sealing elasticity. Suitable for organic solvents and corrosive samples.

III. Material & Workmanship
Manufactured from high-purity HDPE/PP resin through precision injection molding. The vials are dimensionally consistent for seamless autosampler tray fit. Liners feature a PTFE/PE composite — the PTFE layer provides chemical inertness, while the PE layer ensures sealing elasticity.
All products are manufactured and packaged in cleanroom environments to ensure contamination-free surfaces.
